Restoring a Building's Health

With its prime location next door to Napa's Queen of the Valley Medical Center, 1100 Trancas was an opportunity in desperate need of renovation after suffering from too much deferred maintenance. In order to create what has become a Class A medical building, we embarked on a $2 million improvement project that included both structural and cosmetic upgrades.
