Plant 51

From Decommissioned Cannery to Condos

This former fruit drying and canning facility for Del Monte Corporation—their 'Plant 51'—is now home to 265 fully renovated condominiums that take advantage of the building's historic brick-and-timber construction.

The project includes 23,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space, a Bike Kitchen for cycle storage and repair, an indoor Mezzanine Lounge for gathering and parking for 465 cars. Even the plant's original boiler room has been transformed into an eponymous fitness center.
