Medical Center Makeover

Purchased in partnership with three large medical practices, 3838 California is now a premiere address for the practice of modern medicine. Built in 1973 and located in San Francisco's Presidio Heights, the eight-story building was in need of major refurbishment when we bought it.

Our renovation included a new entrance, an updated lobby, a new design for common areas and corridors, and upgrades to most major systems. The building also features four levels of private, below-grade parking.
