3901 North First

The building takes its design cue from San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood. It features high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and exposed wood ceilings and beams, as well as a private outdoor gathering space accessed through glass roll-up doors.

Five EV charging stations (with the potential to add 10 more), drought-resistant landscaping, and a cool roof helped it attain LEED Silver certification. The walkable neighborhood offers abundant retail and public transportation options.
Built in the 1980s as a micro-chip fabrication facility, the project’s flexible 65,000-square foot floor plan is used for a variety of office, R&D, and testing labs and includes a full mechanic’s garage for the testing of new automotive concepts and components.
