In developing the master plan for this large site, we worked closely with the city of South San Francisco on infrastructure projects like new roads, utilities, and other outdoor amenities, including over ten acres of public open space along with an extensive portion of the Bay Trail. The site is now entitled for four phases of construction totaling 2.25 million square feet of office space and new life science R&D.
