A Mission Bay Pioneer

Completed in 2008, the two six-story buildings that make up 409 + 499 Illinois were among the first new construction in San Francisco’s now booming Mission Bay neighborhood. Together, they offer some 450,000 square feet of scientific, office, and retail space, as well as nearly an acre of waterfront outdoor space that showcases public art while offering unparalleled views of the San Francisco Bay.

SKS managed the entitlement, design, and construction of this project on behalf of the Shorenstein Company.
