Yvonne Fisher is the Chief Operating Officer of SKS Partners, joining the firm in 2018. She has over 25 years of experience managing commercial real estate across office, industrial, life science, historic, and PDR assets. At SKS, she oversees leasing, value creation, investment strategy, and investor communications for the firm’s operating portfolio, and leads the leasing and marketing efforts for the Berkeley Space Center at NASA Research Park development. As a member of the Executive Committee, she plays a key role in shaping and implementing the company’s strategic objectives.
Before joining SKS, Yvonne was a Director at CBRE, where she advised private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors including Clarion Partners, Prudential Real Estate, and Zurich. Over the course of her career, she has managed millions of square feet across dozens of properties, with a focus on repositioning assets, driving operational performance, and enhancing long-term value.
Yvonne holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, and a California Real Estate License. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and the Building Owners and Managers Association. In addition, she has served on multiple nonprofit boards, primarily in the education sector, and currently serves on the Board of Leaders for the USC Marshall School of Business and the Women’s Philanthropy Initiative.
