Robert Kelly

Robert has nearly a decade of experience working in Bay Area real estate. Before joining SKS, he was a consultant at Keyser Marston Associates, advising public-sector clients on potential new development through analyzing project feasibility, land use strategies, and developer negotiations. He has a broad range of experience, including the Mission Bay and Transbay districts in San Francisco, Oakland Coliseum, and Santa Clara’s Levi’s Stadium and adjacent developments.

Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University, and is an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. While at Haas, he has been a leader in Berkeley real estate, providing student mentorship, and winning the Cal-Stanford Golden Shovel and UT Austin National Real Estate Challenge. Robert is a member of ULI and an alumnus of NAIOP’s YPG program.
