500 Treat

A New Neighborhood & A New HQ

Representing our first foray into San Francisco's North-East Mission Industrial Zone, 500 Treat is a collection of buildings on a 27,400–square foot, rectangular shaped lot. It includes a 30,000–square foot, two-story steel-framed office building and a smaller 3,000–square foot, single-story concrete block building for office or alternative use. The fully renovated project features a new lobby and elevator, all new mechanical and electrical systems, a landscaped courtyard entry, and secure parking for 43 cars.

Office

Called Green Glen in honor of the linen service that used to occupy the space, 500 Treat is home to San Francisco architecture firm EHDD, was where the online payment company Stripe was founded, and was also the home of SKS for seven years.
